Where there is poop, there are flies. We do everything we can to combat the flies from every angle, one of these things is crushed stone in the paddocks. In addition to helping keep the flies down the stone helps with hoof condition, keeps mud down, and in general allows for a much cleaner paddock. We are having 8 dump truck loads delivered throughout the day today with the hopes that we can get a bunch of volunteers out tomorrow to start shoveling and spreading. We've also brought out some big guns with the use of a skid steer from Reliable Truck & Auto, and of course our trusty farm tractor!
